Artemis Human Capital is excited to be partnering with a reputable financial services firm based in East Belfast as they seek to appoint an experienced financial services administrator in a newly created role to support with continued business growth. The Job...

  • Working closely with the firm's client services team, you will be involved across the following areas:
  • Supporting with the onboarding of new clients and ensuring their financial plans are implemented smoothly.
  • Taking ownership of new business processing, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Updating client records, liaising with product providers, and preparing documentation.
  • Managing client portfolios and ensuring all actions from meetings are followed through promptly.

About You...

  • To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following criteria:
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role within financial services.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages and a confident telephone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • The ability to handle a varied workload and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for delivering excellent client services.

Remuneration Package...

  • A competitive salary of £27-32,000 per annum (DOE).
  • Hybrid working.
  • Early Friday finish time of 1pm!
