An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and dedicated Financial Controller to join a global manufacturing business, supporting a high-performing team at a key site in Northern Ireland. This role offers real leadership influence, strategic input, and the chance to work in a culture committed to innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.As Financial Controller, you will take full financial responsibility for a multi-million-pound manufacturing operation, leading a small finance team and acting as a trusted advisor to the General Manager. You\’ll oversee financial reporting, planning, compliance, and play a pivotal role in business strategy, commercial decision-making, and process improvement.What\’s on Offer:£50k – £60k base salaryUp to 20% bonusCar allowance + private healthcare + pension + life assurance

Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a team of two finance professionals.
Deliver monthly reporting, forecasts, and strategic insight.
Ensure financial control in line with GAAP and audit requirements.
Oversee working capital management, including inventory and receivables.
Drive business improvement with accurate, actionable financial information.
Own budgeting, costing, and cycle count processes.
Support implementation of new systems and Capex strategy.
Partner with commercial teams on pricing and margins.
What You\’ll Bring:Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).
Strong background in financial leadership
Excellent knowledge of GAAP, financial systems, and internal controls.
