Financial Compliance Director

As theFinancial Compliance Director , you’ll lead the delivery of accurate financial results, oversee a strong control environment, and drive continuous improvement within the Group Finance function. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll be a trusted partner, providing insightful reporting and technical expertise.

It is essential that you are a chartered accountant and preference will be given to anyone coming from a strong external audit background

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end group consolidation and reporting processes.

• Deliver high-quality monthly and year-end accounts.

• Conduct reconciliations and analytical financial reviews.

• Provide insightful reports and recommendations to leadership.

• Lead technical accounting, audit, and policy compliance.

• Drive system and process improvement initiatives.

• Strengthen controls and mentor global finance teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA/ACCA qualified, with significant post-qualified experience.

• Strong technical accounting and external audit knowledge.

• Strong IFRS knowledge

• Strong technical accounting experience
