This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and driven professional to join a busy team and provide essential support to senior leadership while contributing to the wider effectiveness of the organisation.

Working closely with the senior management team, the successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating priorities, improving communication flow and ensuring important business activities are delivered efficiently.

This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, managing competing demands and taking ownership of a broad range of responsibilities.

The role: The Executive Support Coordinator will provide a blend of senior administrative support, business coordination and operational assistance.

You will work as a trusted support function to leadership, helping to organise key activities, maintain effective processes and ensure teams remain aligned on priorities.

Key responsibilities: Provide proactive support to Directors and senior stakeholders across a range of business activities.

Coordinate schedules, meetings and key engagements, ensuring effective planning and preparation.

Prepare professional documentation including reports, presentations, meeting materials and internal communications.

Support the delivery of business projects by monitoring actions, timelines and key milestones.

Coordinate information flow between leadership teams, colleagues and external contacts.

Maintain accurate records and ensure important documentation is managed appropriately.

Assist with the organisation of internal meetings, events and business initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Support day-to-day business activity by managing requests, priorities and follow-up actions.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and appropriate discretion.

Experience/skillset required: Previous experience in an executive support, business support, office coordination or similar role.

Strong ability to organise workloads, manage priorities and deliver against deadlines.

Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging across all levels of an organisation.

A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate requirements and take initiative.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across teams.

Good commercial awareness with an interest in supporting wider business objectives.

Strong IT capability, including proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
