This is a high-impact role suited to a commercially minded HR professional who can lead on operational delivery and strategic HR initiatives.

The Role
As a Senior HR Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to the senior leadership team and oversee the full employee lifecycle. This role offers a 50/50 split between strategic HR initiatives, such as talent development, engagement, and succession planning, and operational HR delivery, including payroll, IR, systems, and compliance. You’ll work across a dynamic, complex environment and manage a wide HR remit, including:
- Designing and executing HR strategy
- Leading on succession, development, and talent initiatives
- Driving employee experience and engagement
- Overseeing payroll operations and pension schemes
- Managing industrial relations and pay negotiations
- Championing inclusion, wellbeing, and compliance
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years’ HR experience with at least 3 years at management level
- Strong knowledge of HR practices across both NI and ROI
- Trade Union negotiation experience is essential
- Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, agri-business, engineering, or similar
- Proven ability to work independently in a strategic yet hands-on role
- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites weekly
