Artemis Human Capital are recruiting for a Property Development Manager on behalf of a Private Equity backed, family-owned, healthcare leader as they continue to scale.

This is a true end-to-end role: you'll identify and acquire sites, secure planning permission, manage delivery through to operational handover, and report progress directly to the board.

You'll take ownership of projects from the first site visit through to the doors opening, sourcing opportunities, running feasibility, steering
