We’re working with an established and ambitious Belfast-based business that is undergoing an exciting period of digital growth. As part of this expansion, they are looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Growth Executive to help develop their online presence, drive customer acquisition and maximise digital revenue opportunities.

This is a genuinely hands-on and commercially focused role, ideal for someone who combines creativity with strong analytical and technical skills. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the e-commerce strategy, influence the digital product offering and play a key role in improving the customer journey.

The role:

You’ll be involved in developing and delivering the organisation’s e-commerce and digital marketing strategy across multiple brands and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimising e-commerce websites, content, landing pages, promotions and merchandising.
  • Developing digital marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement, acquisition and revenue.
  • Supporting SEO, website performance, usability and mobile optimisation.
  • Using analytics and reporting to identify opportunities and make commercially informed decisions.
  • Managing email marketing campaigns and automation.
  • Overseeing organic social media activity and maintaining a consistent brand presence.
  • Developing engaging content, including blogs, campaigns, product launches and brand stories.
  • Supporting the digital marketing calendar and budget.
  • Working closely with internal teams to develop digital products and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Keeping up to date with digital trends, tools and opportunities to continually improve performance.

You’ll ideally have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with digital marketing automation and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and web publishing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
