The Opportunity This is far more than a traditional finance leadership role. We are looking for an individual who can challenge conventional thinking, turn data into meaningful commercial insight and help build the infrastructure required to scale a growing business. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy, ensuring that financial systems, processes, reporting and controls evolve in line with the scale and complexity of the organisation. Working in close partnership with Operations, you will use data and financial insight to identify opportunities, improve efficiencies, drive accountability and enhance overall business performance. You will also be a key voice at board and investor level, bringing fresh ideas, constructive challenge and the commercial confidence to influence strategic decisions.
