This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service or export professional who enjoys a varied role, ll become a key member of the team, working closely with customers and internal departments to ensure orders, documentation and logistical requirements are managed smoothly from start to finish. What you'll be doing Managing customer orders and ensuring all administration and documentation is completed accurately and professionally from order through to payment. Preparing shipping documentation across a range of payment terms and multi-modal shipments. Building strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to ensure requirements are met to an exceptional standard. Ensuring compliance with relevant tariff codes, import duties and documentation requirements across target markets. Coordinating shipments from loading through to unloading, working collaboratively to minimise risk, delays and unnecessary costs. Completing registration dossiers and associated documentation to a consistently high standard. Maintaining accurate monthly KPI data for the order and registration administration function. Contributing to a culture of best-in-class customer service and operational excellence. Ideally, youll bring: 2+ years' experience within customer service/sales administration/export/logistics Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
