Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation within the FMCG sector to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join its expanding operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative business where you'll play a key role in supporting international customers, coordinating export activities and ensuring the smooth delivery of products across global markets.
Working closely with customers, logistics providers and internal departments, you'll oversee the administrative and operational aspects of customer orders from initial placement through to successful delivery.
You'll ensure documentation is completed accurately, support compliance with international trade requirements and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role
- Manage customer orders throughout the full order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Prepare and process export, shipping and customs documentation for international deliveries.
- Coordinate trade finance documentation, including Letters of Credit and supporting export paperwork.
- Work closely with customers, freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Assist with product registration documentation for overseas markets.
- Produce operational reports and monitor key performance data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while managing multiple priorities and meeting critical deadlines.
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have
- Previous experience within customer service administration/coordination, export administration, international logistics or a similar customer service or administration role.
- A solid understanding of export documentation and shipping processes.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- A proactive approach and exceptional attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
