Artemis Human Capital are hiring for an experienced Finance Manager to join our client's team on a 6-month contract. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, supporting business performance, and ensuring robust financial controls and processes are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial reporting, and performance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the business
- Provide financial insight and commentary to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Manage reconciliations, controls, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Identify and implement improvements to finance processes, systems, and reporting efficiencies
- Support internal and external stakeholders, including audit requirements and ad hoc financial projects
About You
- Qualified proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong technical accounting skills with experience in management reporting and analysis
- Commercially focused with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights
