Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a private-equity backed, multi-site manufacturing organisation operating across UK/NI to recruit a newly created Senior HR Business Partner/Manager position. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business during an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
Working closely with an accomplished HR Consultant who brings over 20 years' experience and a proven track record of scaling businesses, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the organisation's strategic people agenda across all company sites. With significant autonomy and influence, you will lead key HR initiatives across organisational change, employee engagement, talent development, and culture, partnering with senior leadership to drive business performance. This role offers broad exposure across all aspects of HR and the opportunity to make a lasting impact within a high-performing, large-scale manufacturing environment.

What will you do as HR Manager?
- Lead the redesign and transformation of the HR function across all manufacturing and corporate sites, creating a modern, commercially focused people function.
- Build and embed a fit-for-purpose HR operating model, establishing best practice processes, governance frameworks and service delivery standards.
- Develop, implement and standardise HR policies, procedures and documentation to ensure consistency, compliance and operational excellence across the business.
- Create scalable HR frameworks that support organisational growth, acquisitions, restructuring and long-term business objectives.
- Establish HR governance, reporting frameworks, KPIs and people metrics to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to Directors, Site Leaders and the senior leadership team, providing expert advice on people strategy, organisational design and workforce planning.
- Coach and support managers to strengthen leadership capability, improve people management practices and drive high performance.
- Lead end-to-end organisational change and transformation initiatives, including change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications and successful implementation.
- Develop and implement employee engagement, recognition and wellbeing initiatives that improve retention, motivation and employee experience.
- Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, providing expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance and absence management cases.
- Develop and oversee HR risk management processes, ensuring compliance with GDPR, employment legislation and internal governance requirements.
- Design and deliver recruitment and talent acquisition strategies that attract, retain and develop high-calibre talent across all business functions.
What will you require as HR Manager?
- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Manager position
- Skilled working within a manufacturing, engineering or construction environment
- Experienced in leading on organisational change initiatives, delivering on HR Strategies and revising HR functions
- Proficient in NI and UK Employment Legislation
