Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the accounts receivable function, ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively, payments are collected within agreed terms, and strong customer relationships are maintained. Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts to ensure they remain within agreed trading terms and credit limits.
- Review customer accounts on an ongoing basis to assess credit risk and monitor trading activity.
- Open new customer accounts, processing credit applications and carrying out credit checks in line with company policy.
- Process and allocate customer payments accurately and prepare daily reports.
