Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm based in Portadown, is seeking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy property team.
The Role
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You will be joining a supportive and friendly team with excellent administrative support and a strong local client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and associated conveyancing paperwork
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
