Our client has a fantastic presence within the local market and has worked on several high-profile deals over the past 12-18 months. Due to this continued success and growth, our client now seeks to appoint an ambitious & dynamic Assistant Manager to their team. Researching M&A target markets & sectors. Transaction services/due diligence projects. Working closely with the M&A Senior Manager to prepare analysis, charts, & presentations covering deal rationale. Participation across business development activities. Essential – ACA or ACCA qualified. Essential – a minimum of 6 months experience within a high performing corporate finance team. Passionate about pursuing a career in corporate finance. You will possess a natural commercial acumen. An excellent starting salary of Β£40-45,000 per annum (DOE). Lucrative bonus structure.
