We are partnering with a successful and long-established manufacturing and distribution business to recruit a Logistics Operations Coordinator for their busy operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused graduate to join a fast-paced office environment where they will play an important role in coordinating transport operations and supporting the wider team.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments, customers and external transport providers to ensure deliveries are planned and managed efficiently. Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily transport requirements and delivery schedules with internal teams
  • Arrange and manage bookings with approved haulage contractors
  • Maintain accurate transport records, load schedules, and associated documentation
  • Prepare dispatch paperwork and track proof of delivery (POD) documentation
  • Provide administrative support across the operations and office teams
  • Assist with maintaining efficient delivery and logistics processes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures
