Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, compliance, and governance
- Provide commercial insight and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth
- Partner closely with operational leadership to improve profitability, efficiency, costing, and performance reporting
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, reporting, and operational controls
- Oversee management accounts, board reporting, statutory reporting, audit, tax, and banking relationships
- Support investment planning, capital expenditure decisions, and long-term strategic planning
- Improve visibility and accountability around margins, inventory, WIP, operational KPIs, and commercial performance
- Lead the development and optimisation of ERP systems, reporting automation, digital infrastructure, and business intelligence capability
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence operational performance
- Experience managing ERP systems and supporting digital transformation initiatives
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
