Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, compliance, and governance
  • Provide commercial insight and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth
  • Partner closely with operational leadership to improve profitability, efficiency, costing, and performance reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, reporting, and operational controls
  • Oversee management accounts, board reporting, statutory reporting, audit, tax, and banking relationships
  • Support investment planning, capital expenditure decisions, and long-term strategic planning
  • Improve visibility and accountability around margins, inventory, WIP, operational KPIs, and commercial performance
  • Lead the development and optimisation of ERP systems, reporting automation, digital infrastructure, and business intelligence capability

About You

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification
  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence operational performance
  • Experience managing ERP systems and supporting digital transformation initiatives
