This role would suit someone with conveyancing experience who enjoys being actively involved in property transactions while supporting solicitors and fee earners with a busy caseload.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the conveyancing team with the progression of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Preparing contract packs and requesting searches
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
- Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate files
- Assisting with exchange and completion processes
