Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Commercial Administrator to join their warm and welcoming team. This role will support day-to-day commercial and sales activity by ensuring accurate pricing information is produced, maintained and communicated effectively across customers, suppliers and internal teams. The position is well suited to someone who is organised and comfortable engaging with both internal departments and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, log and process customer enquiries accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and issue pricing information to customers using relevant systems and software
  • Provide administrative and commercial support to the sales and estimating function
  • Maintain and update pricing schedules, cost information and internal records on a regular basis
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to support strong engagement
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure supplier pricing and commercial data is accurate and current
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean-based practices within the office
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services

  • You will be a well-organised and commercially minded individual who enjoys working in a structured but varied role.
  • You will be confident handling pricing and commercial data, while also supporting wider business operations and customer interaction.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of numerical accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Competent in working with data, pricing information and administrative systems
  • Strong IT skills, with experience in ERP or pricing systems advantageous
  • Proactive, flexible approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
