Key Responsibilities
- Lead all core finance activities including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, compliance, and governance
- Deliver commercial insight and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth
- Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability, costing, efficiency, and performance reporting
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, controls, reporting, and systems
- Oversee management accounts, board reporting, statutory accounts, audit, tax, and banking relationships
- Support investment appraisals, capital expenditure planning, and long-term financial strategy
- Enhance visibility across margins, inventory, work in progress, operational KPIs, and overall commercial performance
- Lead ERP optimisation, reporting automation, digital systems development, and business intelligence initiatives
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership position
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence operational and strategic outcomes
- Experience with ERP systems and supporting digital transformation projects
- Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making capability
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach with strong attention to detail
