We are delighted to be partnering with a growing business to recruit a Payroll Specialist for their finance team based in Coalisland.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end payroll across both Northern Ireland and the USA, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly and monthly payrolls across NI and the USA
- Manage starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, overtime and deductions
- Complete payroll reconciliations and statutory submissions
- Manage workplace pensions and year-end payroll processes
- Liaise with HMRC, pension providers and external advisors
- Handle payroll queries and prepare payroll reports
- Support payroll audits and process improvements
- Who We're Looking For
- Previous end-to-end payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, PAYE, NI and pensions
- Sage Payroll experience
- US payroll experience would be highly advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information
