Artemis Human Capital are pleased to be representing a well-established financial services firm who are now recruiting for aClient Services & Financial Planning Associateto join their team.
This is a varied and rewarding role, perfect for someone with experience in financial services who enjoys combiningclient interaction with technical financial analysis. You’ll work closely with Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring clients receive an exceptional service that provides clarity and peace of mind in their financial planning.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Supporting client meetings by preparing reports, reviews, and financial analysis.

Managing client portfolios and implementing investment changes.

Contacting providers to obtain client portfolio details.

Assisting with cashflow planning and financial research.

Maintaining accurate client data and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.

Acting as a first point of contact for client queries, delivering excellent service.
We’re looking for someone who:

Has prior experience in a financial planning, wealth management, or financial services support role.

Is confident communicating with clients and providers both by phone and in writing.
