We are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful and long-established local business known for its excellent customer service, supportive team culture and strong industry reputation. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Customer Support & Office Coordinator to join their busy office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining administration, customer communication, and day-to-day office coordination within a friendly and fast-paced environment.
Key Duties
- Provide administrative support across the office including document management, data input, and handling incoming enquiries
- Assist customers with queries and provide a professional and helpful service
- Prepare and process invoices while ensuring accuracy across records and documentation
- Review billing information against relevant paperwork and job details
- Maintain organised filing systems and accurate internal records
- Support the smooth running of the office through coordination of supplies and general administration
- Develop positive working relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within an administration, office support, or customer service role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
- Ability to manage workload independently while contributing positively to a wider team
- Good working knowledge of SAGE is essential
- Competent using Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel
