Operating across the island of Ireland, we are market leaders in Executive Search, Accountancy and Finance, HR, Legal and Business Services Recruitment. Due to continued success, we are looking to add a trainee consultant to our team in the Republic of Ireland.
Overview
You'll build your own client base, develop strong relationships, and manage the full hiring process from start to finish. You'll specialise in a niche market, developing expertise while building your own network of candidates and clients. If you're competitive, resilient, and motivated by targets and rewards, you'll thrive in this environment. No previous recruitment experience is required; what matters most is attitude, work ethic, and ambition.
What You'll Be Doing
- Recruitment & Candidate Management
- Source top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
- Screen candidates, understand their motivations, and guide them through the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage offers through to placement
- Generate new business by identifying opportunities and pitching recruitment solutions
- Build your own client base and develop long-term relationships with hiring managers
- Become a specialist in your market and position yourself as a trusted recruitment partner
- Develop strong relationships with both candidates and clients
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from first contact to final placement
- Write and post job adverts to attract candidates
- Work towards clear KPIs and revenue targets
