We are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing international technology business to recruit a Revenue & Billing Specialist for their finance team based in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative SaaS business with customers across the UK and US.

You'll take ownership of the billing function across both entities, ensuring invoices, collections and revenue processes are managed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be joining at an important time, taking over responsibility for a well-established billing function while contributing to the continued growth of the business. This is a full-time, permanent position offering genuine long-term career prospects within a collaborative finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end billing cycle for both UK and US entities
  • Prepare, review and process high-volume customer invoices using Chargebee and Stripe
  • Manage customer collections through GoCardless and Stripe
  • Process billing exports into Xero and QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain accurate financial records through reconciliations and detailed data entry
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, liaising with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Analyse revenue and billing data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for process improvements
  • Maintain comprehensive audit trails and support compliance requirements
  • Assist with wider billing and revenue-related activities as required

Who We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Billing or Revenue role
  • Experience managing high-volume invoicing, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Chargebee and Stripe billing platforms
  • Experience using GoCardless and Stripe for customer collections
  • Proven experience using Xero or QuickBooks
  • Experience with Avalara AvaTax or US sales tax would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
