Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working in partnership with a local law firm in their pursuit to hire a conveyancing solicitor to join their growing team. Our client is a reputable law firm committed to delivering exceptional legal services to their clients. This is a rare opportunity in the local market due to the progression pathway and opportunities available.

As a conveyancing solicitor you will play a pivotal role in the firm's property department. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion. Your duties will include conducting legal research, preparing contracts, handling negotiations, and providing expert legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors involved in property transactions.
  • Conducting due diligence and property searches.
  • Providing clear and concise legal advice to clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a smooth conveyancing process.
  • Keeping abreast of changes in property law and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor with experience in conveyancing.
  • Proficient knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
