We're working with a well-established professional services organisation to recruit a Receptionist to join their team in Belfast. A friendly, professional approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients, visitors, and guests and ensuring a positive arrival experience
- Managing the reception desk and maintaining a professional front-of-house environment
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and taking accurate messages
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for client meetings
- Arranging refreshments and hospitality requirements for visitors and events
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and deliveries
- Assisting with travel arrangements and general administrative duties
- Supporting the organisation of internal meetings and client-facing events
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring reception and communal areas remain presentable
- Providing administrative support to teams across the business as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, customer service, or administrative role
- Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
