This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to provide dedicated support to multiple Directors while also contributing to the smooth operation of the wider business. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership, managing day-to-day priorities and ensuring effective communication and coordination across the organisation.

  • Core Executive Support
  • Complex diary and calendar management across multiple stakeholders
  • Inbox management and correspondence drafting
  • Meeting coordination, agenda preparation and minute-taking
  • Travel planning and itinerary management
  • Gatekeeping and prioritisation of competing demands
  • Preparation of board packs, reports and presentations
  • Operational & Business Support
  • Project coordination and follow-up on key actions
  • Process improvement and workflow optimisation
