This is an excellent opportunity for a Part or Newly Qualified Accountant to join a collaborative and forward-thinking firm with an impressive and varied client portfolio.

Working closely with an experienced team, the successful candidate will gain exposure across accounts preparation, tax, and business advisory services, supporting a broad range of clients across multiple sectors. This is a hands-on opportunity offering plenty of client interaction and strong long-term progression prospects within a modern practice environment.

The Role

  • Preparation and review of management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Providing practical business and financial advice to a diverse client base.
  • Assisting clients with tax-related matters including VAT, corporate and personal tax compliance, capital gains, and R&D tax relief.
  • Preparing statutory accounts in line with FRS102 and FRS105 standards.
  • Supporting clients with VAT returns and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service across all engagements.

About You

  • Part-qualified or newly qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA status.
  • Recent experience working within an accountancy practice environment.
  • Exposure to accounts preparation and tax compliance work.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
