A global employer with very flexible working patterns is looking to add a Management Accountant to their developing finance function. This position will help bolster the NI based finance function and report into a Senior Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial performance across multiple international entities, providing accurate financial information, insightful analysis, and contributing to the month-end process.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the monthly management accounts process, including the preparation of accruals, prepayments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Analyse financial performance, identifying key trends and variances against budgets and forecasts.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Partner with operational and finance teams to provide financial insight that supports business decisions.
- Manage intercompany transactions and support financial reporting across international entities.
- Work closely with external providers in relation to payroll, tax, and accounting support where required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or commercial finance roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel skills.
