Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor (1–3 PQE) – Belfast
A leading Belfast litigation practice is seeking a Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor at 1–3 PQE level to join its established and growing healthcare team.
The team is widely recognised for its work across healthcare defence and advisory matters, acting for public bodies, healthcare providers, insurers and professionals on complex regulatory and contentious issues.
This role will focus on healthcare regulation and professional discipline work, including regulatory investigations, complaints, inquests, fitness to practise matters, and advisory work for healthcare organisations and practitioners. The work is often high-profile and sensitive, requiring strong technical ability and sound judgement.
This opportunity would suit a junior to mid-level litigator who is interested in moving into, or further developing experience within, healthcare regulatory and public law‑adjacent work.
