Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a successful professional services firm in Belfast to appoint a Head of Finance & Operations. This is a broad, hands-on role working closely with the senior leadership team, with responsibility for finance, operational reporting, KPI analysis across multiple offices, and driving business efficiencies.
The role:
- Management accounts, budgeting, forecasting & cashflow reporting
- KPI reporting and performance analysis across offices
- Supporting senior leadership with commercial insight and decision-making
- Identifying process improvements and driving operational efficiencies
- Oversight of day-to-day finance and business operations
The person:
- Experience in a finance and/or operations role
- Strong commercial awareness and reporting skills
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, organised and comfortable in a broad role
- Professional services experience would be beneficial
