The opportunity
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they arrive. You'll be involved in a variety of responsibilities across reception, hospitality, administration, and event support, making this a fantastic role for someone who enjoys variety and staying organised.
This role will involve:
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing incoming calls and taking accurate messages
- Preparing meeting rooms and coordinating hospitality requirements
- Supporting internal and client-facing events
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Assisting with travel bookings and administrative tasks
- Supporting document preparation and data processing
- Maintaining office supplies and stationery stock
- Working closely with colleagues across multiple departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
