Front of House/Practice Executive Belfast £28k-£32k We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established professional services firm seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused Front of House/Practice Executive to become the central hub of their busy office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Alongside reception responsibilities, you'll support business operations, administration, compliance, and internal processes, making you an integral part of the wider team.
Key responsibilities: Welcome clients and visitors while managing incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
Coordinate office administration, including diary management, stationery, post and facilities.
Support recruitment activities and general business administration.
Assist with invoicing and debtor reporting.
Maintain client records and provide support with digital client systems.
Coordinate staff holidays, training and health & safety administration.
Help ensure compliance with company policies and GDPR requirements.
Build positive relationships with colleagues, clients and external suppliers to keep the office running efficiently.
Experience/skillset required: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
A confident communicator with outstanding customer service skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using business systems.
Professional, approachable and committed to maintaining high standards.
Experienced in an administrative, office operations support or reception role (professional services experience is advantageous but not essential).
