An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Accountant to join an expanding international employer. This position forms part of a collaborative finance team and reports directly to the Senior Accounting Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting support across multiple international entities and will suit a qualified accountant who enjoys a hands-on position within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while contributing to the development of best practice within a growing finance function.
Benefits:
- £45,000 – £55,000 salary

- Hybrid working – 1 day in the office and 4 days working from home
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage journal postings and intercompany transactions across international entities.
- Support the monthly close process, including the preparation of accruals and prepayments.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with financial reporting and the preparation of statutory accounts.
- Liaise with external providers in relation to payroll, tax, and accounting support.
- Provide support throughout the external audit process.
- Collaborate with the wider finance teams for business partnering and mentoring.
About You:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver who can identify issues and implement practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel skills.
