An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a growing professional services firm in a commercially focused role. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide financial insight, challenge and support to drive performance and informed decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational and finance leaders to support commercial decision-making
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, performance reports and financial commentary
  • Analyse financial results, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
  • Support and challenge business performance through meaningful financial insight
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial planning
  • Monitor performance against budgets and recommend actions to improve results
  • Work with wider finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
  • Support strategic projects, business improvements and other commercial initiatives

About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance role
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent analytical skills
  • Confident influencing and building relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
  • Proactive, collaborative and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
