An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a growing professional services firm in a commercially focused role. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide financial insight, challenge and support to drive performance and informed decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational and finance leaders to support commercial decision-making
- Prepare monthly management accounts, performance reports and financial commentary
- Analyse financial results, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
- Support and challenge business performance through meaningful financial insight
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial planning
- Monitor performance against budgets and recommend actions to improve results
- Work with wider finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
- Support strategic projects, business improvements and other commercial initiatives
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance role
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent analytical skills
- Confident influencing and building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
- Proactive, collaborative and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
