Are you a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant looking to make a real impact? Our client is a dynamic, high-growth organisation, seeking a talented EA to support their Group CEO. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, working closely with our CEO and key stakeholders across the business.
What the role will entail:
- Manage the CEO’s diary, emails, meetings, and travel to keep everything running smoothly
- Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and clients, investors, and internal teams
- Draft and manage communications, presentations, and reports
- Support cross-functional teams in delivering business priorities
- Collaborate with other PAs and contribute to team development
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters
Experience required:
- Proven experience as an EA at senior or C-suite level
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confident working with executive stakeholders and investors
- Experience producing board materials and handling sensitive information
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
