Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a prestigious, award-winning commercial law firm to recruit a Paralegal into its highly respected Corporate practice. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a busy, deal-driven team advising on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and investment work. The successful candidate will gain valuable exposure to complex transactional matters and work closely with experienced lawyers on high-profile deals. This opportunity would suit a candidate who is eager to build practical experience in corporate law within a top-tier legal environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing support across corporate transactions, including due diligence exercises
- Assisting with the preparation, review and organisation of legal documentation
- Managing transaction files, data rooms and post-completion requirements
- Supporting client interactions and internal deal coordination
- Preparing and filing corporate documentation
- Delivering general legal and administrative support to the wider team
Candidates should demonstrate:
- A degree-level qualification in law or a related legal field
- Strong drafting and communication skills
