The Role: This position offers a unique blend of commercial contracts and sector-specific advisory work, including:
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (including SaaS, software licensing, confidentiality agreements, and supply terms)
- Advising on intellectual property and emerging technology matters, including AI and cybersecurity regulation
- Supporting major projects across the energy sector, including renewables, infrastructure, and sustainability initiatives

About You:
