A leading organisation within the energy and technology space is seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join its high-performing in-house legal team. The Role: This position offers a unique blend of commercial contracts and sector-specific advisory work, including:

  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (including SaaS, software licensing, confidentiality agreements, and supply terms)
  • Advising on intellectual property and emerging technology matters, including AI and cybersecurity regulation
  • Supporting major projects across the energy sector, including renewables, infrastructure, and sustainability initiatives
  • Working closely with cross‑functional teams on regulatory and commercial issues

About You:

  • 5+ years’ PQE with experience in commercial contracts, ideally with exposure to IT/IP or regulated sectors
