This is an exciting & newly created position within the firm’s audit & accounting senior leadership team. This is a career defining move for an experienced audit & accounting professional. Job Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the firm’s engaging senior leadership team.
- Working collaboratively with multiple service lines to ensure excellent client service is provided.
- Overseeing the distribution of resources & staff for client projects.
- Ensuring the effective planning & delivery of audit work.
- Contributing to the firm’s strategic growth plans.
- Contributing to firm’s business development initiatives, including the bids & tender processes for audit work.
- Overseeing junior members of the team, reviewing work where appropriate & providing mentorship.
- Collaborating with other senior team members on advisory projects for clients.
Ideal Candidate:
- ACA or ACCA qualified accountant.
- Strong experience in a similar role.
- Commercially minded & keen to help shape a growing & dynamic team.
- Proven leadership ability.
- Solution orientated.
- Confident business developer.
