Working closely with fee earners and legal secretaries, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the firm, delivering high-quality administrative support and helping to maintain exceptional client service standards. The role Key responsibilities will include: Providing administrative support including document production, scanning, filing, photocopying and records management. Opening and maintaining client and matter files in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Coordinating diaries, meetings and client appointments. Assisting with billing administration, invoice preparation and payment processing. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring accurate filing and record keeping. Liaising with clients, courts, counsel and other external parties to support matter progression. Preparing legal documents, court bundles and supporting documentation. Undertaking occasional court runs and document deliveries. Providing reception and client hospitality support when required. Assisting with firm-wide projects and continuous improvement initiatives. About you To be successful in this role, you will possess: Previous administrative experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. An understanding of confidentiality, data protection and professional standards. The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
