Artemis Human Capital is pleased to be partnering with a thriving local accountancy firm based in East Belfast. This team is well known for having a fantastic team culture and works with a brilliant portfolio of local clients. Due to continued client referrals and organic growth, our client has created a brand new position within the team.
This role would suit an accountant (either qualified or qualified by experience) who has strong previous experience working within an accountancy practice environment.
Job OverviewWorking collaboratively with the wider team, this role will involve the following:
- Preparation of accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Working in a hands-on capacity with clients, ensuring all queries are responded to professionally and accurately.
- Consulting on ad-hoc advisory projects for clients when required.
- Working closely with the internal tax team on draft tax work, including the preparation and submission of tax returns.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will ideally possess the following attributes:
- Strong previous experience within a similar role.
- ACA or ACCA qualification is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player with a solution orientated approach.
- Proven technical knowledge within accounting.
- Recent practice experience is essential.
