Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a successful and growing Northern Ireland organisation in the appointment of a People Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys the people side of HR but is equally passionate about improving processes, systems and the overall employee experience.

The Role

  • Manage recruitment processes from advertising and interview coordination through to offers, contracts and onboarding.
  • Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries across the employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate probation reviews, employee check-ins and other key people processes.
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing and recognition initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, systems and documentation.
  • Support policy reviews and ensure HR practices remain compliant with relevant employment legislation.
  • Take ownership of the organisation's HR system, helping to develop and improve workflows, processes and automations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR administration and improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate learning and development activities and maintain relevant training records.
  • Support managers in developing their teams and building capability.
  • Contribute to wider people, culture and continuous improvement projects.

What We're Looking For

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards (would consider qualified by experience).
  • Previous experience within a generalist HR, People or Talent role.
  • Good knowledge of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong IT and digital systems capability.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365.
  • An interest in HR systems, process improvement and using technology to make HR more effective.
  • Experience with HR systems implementation, workflow/process improvement, organisational change, continuous improvement or payroll would be advantageous.
