A well-established and growing multi-site organisation is seeking a Newly Qualified Accountant to join its Head Office finance team in Antrim. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to build strong group reporting experience while working closely with senior finance leadership in a supportive, forward-looking environment.
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the Newly Qualified Accountant will support the production of group financial reporting and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, strong controls, and timely statutory compliance across the business. This position is ideal for a first move post-qualification, offering exposure to group accounting, audit, and process improvement within a commercial setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of monthly group management accounts within set deadlines.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions across the group.
- Prepare supporting schedules and analysis for management reporting packs.
- Support VAT, Corporation Tax, and other statutory returns, including Intrastat where applicable.
- Assist with the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Support the review and improvement of financial controls, processes, and policies.
- Ensure financial information is prepared in line with internal procedures and external requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong technical foundation with a commercial mindset.
- Advanced or strong Excel skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Well organised with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Proactive, motivated, and keen to develop within a group finance role.
