An established and growing business is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join its finance team based in Antrim.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function for multiple entities while supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting, financial control and commercial insight.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting and process improvement, while also working closely with operational teams to enhance financial performance and efficiencies.

Deliver accurate forecasts and performance reporting to senior stakeholders.

Maintain strong financial controls, reconciliations and banking processes.

Ensure timely completion of all statutory and regulatory financial returns.

Support budgeting, forecasting and commercial financial planning.

Produce insightful KPI reporting to drive business performance.

Identify and implement improvements to finance processes and controls.

Partner with operational teams to strengthen credit management practices.

Balance commercial objectives with effective financial risk management.

Lead, mentor and develop the finance team to achieve high performance.

About You ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.

Previous experience in a management accounting role is desirable Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate others.
