Head of Demand Generation & ABM Tech for Good firm Were recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, PE-backed Tech for Good software company. Their cloud platform helps organisations support families and communities at important moments, with most of their customer base in North America. Theyre growing 20% a year, integrating a recent acquisition and expanding into a new customer segment. The role Nobody currently owns account-based marketing or demand generation, so this is an exciting opportunity to be building both from the ground up. Youll create a proactive, marketing-led pipeline engine that works hand in hand with sales. What youll do Own ABM for enterprise accounts, agreeing priority accounts with senior commercial leaders Build a demand gen engine that works alongside their outbound sales team Run campaigns as ongoing experiments and move budget towards what performs Use AI tools (such as Claude) and HubSpot to test content and sequencing by buyer type, and build targeting from what works Lead a small team: a Digital Marketing Manager and a Marketing Coordinator Work with RevOps, who own reporting and attribution, and shape the marketing budget Your first year In the first 3-6 months, youll get to grips with the enterprise account strategy and get a demand gen engine running with the sales team. After that, success means winning more enterprise accounts.
