Antrim | Hybrid Working Competitive Package We are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful organisation with an international presence to recruit an Executive Assistant This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA/PA to join a growing organisation in a varied and influential role, providing high-level support to senior leadership while also gaining exposure to Board activity and compliance matters across the wider business. Working closely with the senior leadership team and key stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of executive activity, combining exceptional organisation and discretion with strong attention to detail.

The Role

Provide proactive, confidential support to senior leadership, including complex diary and priority management. Coordinate senior leadership and Board meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, briefing packs and supporting documentation. Attend meetings, take accurate minutes and ensure actions are clearly recorded and followed through. Manage correspondence and communications on behalf of senior leadership. Assist with arranging travel, accommodation, itineraries and expenses.

Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence, carrying out research and gathering information as required. Build trusted relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders and maintain well-organised records and filing systems. Support the organisation and administration of company meetings, including agendas, Board packs, minutes and action tracking. Maintain accurate statutory registers and corporate records. Assist with maintaining compliance with relevant governance requirements, legislation and internal policies.

About You

Previous experience providing high-level executive support. Comfortable operating at senior level and managing a varied workload. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills - capable of managing multiple priorities independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.

Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information. A proactive approach, with the confidence to anticipate requirements and take ownership of tasks. The ability to build strong working relationships across different areas of the business. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, scaling organisation.
