The Opportunity
Reporting to a senior team lead, you will play a key role in supporting the customer services function, ensuring a high standard of service delivery across both administrative and customer-facing activities. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, helping to manage customer queries, support operational processes and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across the customer services function
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email, delivering a high standard of service
