A growing and well-established organisation is seeking a commercially-minded Management Accountant to join its finance team in Antrim. This is a broad role offering responsibility for financial reporting, controls, compliance, business partnering, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and financial planning activities.
- Maintain robust financial controls, balance sheet reconciliations, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and performance insights to support decision-making across the business.
- Identify process improvements and efficiencies to enhance financial and operational performance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support risk management, commercial objectives, and business growth.

- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
